London

Waterloo has 5 conservation areas and numerous listed buildings, yet developers propose schemes which are out of all scale and would trash heritage, townscape, views and amenity - and our councils readily approve them.

About the event

The tallest building in Waterloo is proposed for 18 Blackfriars, trashing Roupell and Waterloo Conservation Areas. Why? Will it serve our needs? 104 new social rent homes - yes please! The biggest single office block in Waterloo? No thanks! This can be changed/stopped if you have your say!

A temporary Waterloo Health Centre is currently being built in Lower Marsh, but they are now seeking approval for a garish/vibrant brilliant/awful wrap 4 times the size of Cubana! Do you think it improves or trashes Lower Marsh conservation area? Have your say!

Emma Cons Gardens - currently Waterloo's largest puddle. WCDG, BOST and SOWN have led a project to make huge improvements, and the planning application is in - do you support the project? Have your say!
